You own everything. Not "you own everything, subject to conditions" — you own it, you can download it whenever you like, and nothing is held back to make leaving harder.
The three dates that matter
Most software treats cancelling and being deleted as one event. They are not, and conflating them is how people lose things they did not agree to lose. With us they are separate, and each has its own date that you are told in advance.
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| The day you cancel | Billing stops. You are never charged again. Nothing is switched off and nothing is deleted. |
| The end of your paid term | Your Command Center closes. You paid for a year; you get the year. Cancelling in month three does not end your access in month three. |
| 90 days after that | Your data is still here and still downloadable. Coming back is one click and nothing has to be rebuilt. |
| A date we agree with you | Only then is anything permanently deleted — and we tell you before it happens, not after. |
What you can take with you
One bundle, one download, no request form and no waiting on us to be in a good mood about it:
- Your website — the built files, so it can be hosted anywhere.
- Your content — every post, caption, campaign and draft, written in your voice.
- Your client list — names, contact details, visit history, notes, spend.
- Your bookings — past and upcoming, with the services attached.
- Your reviews — what people said, and when.
- Your creative — photography and film we made from your real work.
- Your blueprint — how your business was configured, so someone else can pick it up.
This is available at any time, not only on the way out. A promise that only becomes true when you are leaving is not a promise about ownership.
Item by item
Your website
Yours. You get the files. If we registered your domain on your behalf we transfer it to you at no cost — we do not hold domains hostage, and we do not charge a "release fee." If the domain was already yours, nothing changes; point it wherever you like.
Your Command Center
Access ends when your paid term ends. The data inside it is exported to you first, and is what the bundle above contains. The software itself is ours and does not transfer — the same way leaving a gym does not come with the treadmill.
Your AI configuration
The instructions, tone and business context that make your AI staff sound like you are exported as readable text. They are portable ideas, not locked artefacts, and they are yours.
Your customer records
Yours, entirely, and exported in a standard format any other system can read. We do not retain a copy for marketing after deletion, and we never sell or share them — during the partnership or after it.
Your creative assets
The photography and film created for you are licensed to you permanently. That licence survives the partnership ending. We may keep using them in our own portfolio only if you gave separate permission for that — it is a distinct checkbox at purchase, never bundled into the main agreement, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Hosting and integrations
Hosting ends with your term. Anything connected in your name — payment processor, booking tools, Google profile — stays yours; we revoke our own access rather than yours. We give you the list of what was connected so nothing is orphaned.
Analytics history
Exported as data. If analytics were connected under your own account, that account and its history remain yours and untouched.
Deletion is done by a person
When the retention window closes, permanent deletion is performed by a human being with a two-step confirmation — never automatically, never by a scheduled job that nobody watches. The system schedules it, reminds us about it, and records that it happened. A person does it.
This is deliberate. Automated deletion is how irreversible mistakes happen quietly, and there is no undo for the thing that matters most.
You can also ask for deletion sooner than the schedule, and we will do it — that is your right under privacy law and it is also simply reasonable.
Coming back
Within the retention window, rejoining restores everything as it was. No rebuild, no re-onboarding, no setup fee. After deletion it is a fresh start, because there is genuinely nothing left to restore — which is the point of deletion.
How to cancel
In your portal, under Settings → Ending your partnership. It takes about a minute. We ask once what changed, because it genuinely shapes what we build next, and you are free to skip it. There is no phone call, no retention specialist, and no sequence of screens designed to wear you down.
If you would rather talk to a person first, contact the studio — a human answers, same day. That is an option, never a requirement.
What we will not do
- Hide or bury the cancel button.
- Require a phone call, a reason, or notice you were not told about up front.
- Charge a fee to release your own data, website or domain.
- Degrade your service while you are still paying for it.
- Keep your customer records for our own marketing after you leave.
- Delete anything without telling you the date beforehand.
If anything on this page does not match what actually happens, that is a fault on our side and we want to know: tell us and we will fix the behaviour or fix the page.
