The Partnership Agreement

This is the standard Founding-Client Annual Partnership — the plain-English contract every Soulvaya OS client reviews and accepts by typed name inside their portal before their build begins. Your accepted copy (with your business name, package, amount, and dates) lives in your Command Center permanently.

SOULVAYA OS — FOUNDING-CLIENT ANNUAL PARTNERSHIP (plain English)

Between Soulvaya Labs ("we") and your business ("you"), for your selected edition — a 12-month partnership at the price shown at purchase.

What your partnership includes, all year

Platform-supported work: your website — built, hosted, maintained, and improved · your Command Center dashboard · your AI staff, configured for your business · custom photo & film created from your real assets · content & campaign tools · automations with opt-out discipline · plain-English monthly reports · security monitoring and backups · reasonable in-scope updates throughout the year · a named human who answers. One annual investment — no separate bills for hosting, tools, or support within scope.

Revisions

Your initial build includes two structured revision rounds plus one final correction round. After launch, reasonable in-scope updates are simply part of the year.

What is not included (major custom development)

Custom marketplaces & multi-vendor platforms, membership systems, additional locations, advanced third-party integrations, and unusually high content or creative volume are custom-complexity work. We will always tell you before anything is out of scope, quote it first (hourly or a fixed change order), and proceed only on your written yes.

Fair use

Included AI, creative generation, and messaging are generous and intended for one business operating normally. Sustained extraordinary usage is something we will discuss with you openly — never a surprise bill, never a silent cutoff.

Support promise

Requests received before 3:00 PM (Phoenix) are acknowledged the same business day; critical issues are acknowledged within two business hours.
This service level is written into every partnership agreement and tracked by an SLA timer inside the platform itself.

Ownership

You own your business data, domain, brand assets, uploaded media, and the approved content created specifically for you. Soulvaya Labs owns the platform, software, templates, reusable systems, AI architecture, and general-purpose components. If we ever part, you receive your exports and full control of your identity accounts within 14 days — no hostages, ever.

Our standing promises

Nothing publishes without your recorded approval · generated media is always shown to you first · honest status everywhere — nothing will ever claim to be sent, connected, or live unless it truly is.

Term & renewal

Twelve months from acceptance. Renewal planning begins 120 days before expiration — you will see everything delivered and a written proposal. Renewing is always your choice.

How acceptance works

Your personalized agreement (business name, package, amount, exact dates) is presented in your client portal. You accept it by typing your name; the acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and contract version in your permanent Approval Ledger. Nothing about your build begins until you've accepted.
