This Disclaimer is part of the Terms of Service and applies to the Soulvaya OS platform, websites we build, the Command Center, all AI agents and features, and all content on soulvayalabs.com.
1. No Professional Advice
Soulvaya OS — including Vayla, the concierge, reports, and any AI agent — provides business information and operational assistance only. Nothing it produces is legal, accounting/tax, financial/investment, medical, insurance, or other regulated professional advice. Consult a licensed professional. The AI is instructed to decline these topics; if it appears to offer such advice, do not rely on it.
2. AI-Generated Content & Its Limits
Portions of your website copy, social content, replies, images, video, and insights are generated or assisted by AI, which can produce output that is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unintentionally similar to other content. That is why every AI deliverable passes through your approval before publication. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it represents your business. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, original, error-free, or fit for a specific purpose.
3. No Guaranteed Business Results
We make no guarantee of — and disclaim responsibility for — any particular outcome, including revenue, sales, or bookings; marketing performance; SEO/search rankings (determined by search engines, not us); advertising results (ad tools prepare campaigns that bill your accounts; estimates come from Google/Meta, never from us; we never spend your money); and lead or review volume (we never fabricate reviews). Examples on our site describe specific engagements and are not promises of your results.
4. Automation Limitations
Automations execute rules you approve and depend on accurate data, third-party delivery networks, and your configurations. Reminders, texts, and emails can be delayed or blocked by carriers and inbox providers. SMS requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) on carrier-controlled timelines. Opt-outs are honored automatically; deliverability is not guaranteed.
5. Uptime & Technology Limitations
We target high availability, but hosting providers, databases, AI providers, and integrations (Stripe, Twilio, Meta, Google) can experience outages, rate limits, or policy changes that temporarily degrade features. The Command Center shows honest system status rather than fake success. We are not liable for third-party outages or forced feature changes.
6. Third-Party Services
Links, integrations, and embedded services belong to their owners and are governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing, or data practices.
7. Case Studies, Demos & Testimonials
Industry demo sites are fictional demonstrations and are labeled as such. Case studies describe real engagements with hedged, non-quantified outcomes where results aren't independently verifiable. Past performance of any client is not a promise of yours.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the truthfulness of claims about your business; rights to materials you upload; customer consent for communications; compliance with laws governing your industry and location; and reviewing everything before you approve it.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, power/internet failures, labor disputes, war, government action, pandemics, or third-party infrastructure failures.
10. Reliance
Any reliance you place on the Services or their output is at your own risk. Together with the Limitation of Liability in the Terms, this Disclaimer defines the entire scope of our responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
