1. Our Commitment
Soulvaya Labs is committed to making Soulvaya OS — the marketing site, the Command Center, and the websites we build for clients — usable by as many people as possible, and we aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
2. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML with logical heading structure and landmarks.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
- Keyboard-operable navigation with visible focus indicators.
- Color-contrast targets meeting AA for text and interactive elements.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences.
- Labeled form fields and clear error messaging.
3. Current Status
[In progress.] We are completing a full WCAG 2.1 AA audit across the marketing site and Command Center. Known items being addressed include contrast verification on accent elements, focus-state coverage on custom controls, and screen-reader labeling of dashboard widgets. This statement will be updated with the audit completion date. [Insert audit date and conformance level once the pass is complete.]
4. Feedback & Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact hello@soulvayalabs.com with the page and the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to provide the information or transaction through an alternative accessible method where needed.
5. Scope & Limitations
Some content provided by clients or third-party integrations (e.g., embedded booking widgets, social feeds) may not be fully under our control. We work with providers to improve accessibility and offer accessible alternatives where possible.
