Cookie Notice

Effective date: July 22, 2026 · Operated by Soulvaya Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation

⚠️ Attorney-review note: This document follows Soulvaya Labs, Inc.'s approved legal framework and is tailored to the Soulvaya OS platform. Confirm bracketed items and have counsel review before publication. It is not itself legal advice.

1. What We Use

Soulvaya OS uses only the minimum browser storage needed to operate. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the platform.

[If you later enable analytics (e.g., Netlify or GA), add a row here and gate it behind consent.]

2. Your Choices

Strictly necessary storage is required for the site to work and cannot be turned off. If we add any non-essential/analytics cookies, the consent banner lets you accept or decline them, and your choice is remembered on this device. You can also clear cookies/local storage anytime in your browser settings.

Because we currently use only strictly necessary and functional storage and no advertising trackers, a full consent gate is not legally required in most U.S. jurisdictions; we still show a brief notice for transparency. If you enable analytics or serve regions requiring prior consent (EU/UK), the banner must block non-essential cookies until the visitor opts in.
