Soulvaya OS / Solutions

Soulvaya for Enterprise

A private cohort. White glove.

Deliberately small — a limited number of builds per quarter, each with a named operator and the Launch Gate standing over quality.

The enterprise grammar — quiet, senior, held to the Launch Gate. Atelier work from our demonstration builds — fictional businesses, honestly labeled.

The engagement

What white glove actually means

No ticket queues, no account-manager roulette, no mystery subcontractors.

🤝

One human, accountable

You get the operator who built your system — same-day response, a real phone number, and context that never resets.

🏛

The full stack, managed

Website, Command Center, Concierge Staff, Atelier media, automations — delivered as one product with one bill.

📅

A held calendar

The ten-day rhythm with your dates held religiously: brief day 0, approvals day 7, live day 10.

Multi-location

One standard. Every location.

This is what the Vault was built for.

🏢

Perfect once, provision many

Your flagship build becomes the template; the Vault duplicates it to fresh infrastructure per location in one operation.

🎛

Central taste, local truth

Brand grammar stays centralized; hours, menus, teams, and reviews stay honestly local.

📊

A pipeline you can see

Every location’s build tracked through the same phases, gates, and approvals.

The posture

Enterprise numbers

10days per install
13blocking checks, enforced
14days max identity handover
1named operator

The enterprise toolkit

Built for organizations

The Vault

Edition packages stored in private infrastructure, deployed to new sites via API — duplication without drift.

Approval Ledger

Every visual and launch carries recorded sign-off — an audit trail your counsel will like.

Honest Status

Integration and delivery states are true by architecture — no green dots on hope.

Deny-by-Default Data

No anonymous access to project data, write-only credential vaults, server-gated everything.

Migration, handled

We move content, preserve what ranks, and never hold your domain hostage.

The Roadmap, marked

White-label editions and a partner API are coming — and clearly labeled as roadmap, not sold as present.

Questions, answered

Owners ask us.

Why “by application”?

Because the cohort is genuinely limited. Every build gets the founder-operator’s attention — that is only honest at small scale, so we keep it small while the platform matures.

What does enterprise pricing look like?

The founding annual partnership is $5,000; custom-complexity engagements (ecommerce, memberships, multi-location, advanced integrations) begin at $7,500 with a 50/25/25 payment structure. Every engagement produces a written scope — one bill, no surprises.

Can you handle our multi-location rollout?

That is the Vault’s purpose: perfect the flagship, then provision each location from it — same standard, local truth. See multi-location.

What about security review?

Bring your questionnaire. Deny-by-default data access, write-only vaults, PIN-gated portals, and honest logging are the defaults — the trust page is written for your CTO.

When does the partner/white-label program open?

When the features are perfected — it is on the roadmap with intent, not a date. Enterprise clients get first access.

Scale, without the chaos.

One standard across every location, team, and market — white-glove.

Apply while the cohort is small.
