What is Soulvaya OS, in one paragraph?

Soulvaya OS creates your business’s AI Identity — your voice, offers, policies, and boundaries, captured once — then builds the intelligent business around it: a cinematic website, a private Command Center, an AI staff, and the automations to run it all. One system, one bill, one named human.

What does the $5,000 first year include?

Everything: AI Readiness Assessment, AI Identity Blueprint, your industry website, the Command Center, the AI Concierge Staff, five standard automations, the initial content & creative package, hosting and monitoring, monthly plain-English reports, a quarterly strategy review, and one named human contact. No add-ons, no surprise invoices. That’s the equivalent of $417/mo — less than one month of a typical agency retainer, for the entire year. Pay once, or the standard two-payment plan: $2,500 to begin + $2,500 when you approve your launch — $5,000 total either way. Not sure yet? The free Preview Week builds a real draft of your site first — no card.

What does year two cost?

Continuation is from $3,500/yr — the build year is the heavy one; the run years keep everything live, supported, and improving. Your renewal invoice arrives 30 days before your anniversary, so nothing auto-charges by surprise.

How long does the build take?

The brief takes about 15 minutes. The build starts within days of checkout and you watch phases complete live on your project dashboard — most builds reach your review inside two days. Then it moves at your pace: nothing goes live before your approval.

What is the 15-minute brief like?

Plain questions — the kind you could answer over coffee. One per screen, autosaved, all skippable. Your answers compose your AI Identity layer by layer, and you can watch it happen as you type.

What if I’m not ready to pay?

Three free doors: the two-minute guided tour, the nine finished industry demos, and the free AI Readiness Assessment. No sales calls attached to any of them.

What exactly is the AI Identity?

A living blueprint of how your business thinks, sounds, and serves: eight layers — business facts, brand voice, offer, customer, knowledge, operations, communication style, and decision rails (what AI may and may never do). Every agent and every generated word inherits it. You can read and edit it any time in your Command Center.

What does the Command Center include?

Your whole business on one calm screen: bookings, clients, reviews, website manager, content studio, automations, reports, settings — and your AI Identity. Every word in plain English, every number tappable, nothing decorative.

What do the AI agents actually do?

Four roles: a Concierge that answers and books customers from your real availability, a Content Agent that drafts posts in your voice, a Review Agent that drafts replies for your approval, and Vayla — your operations copilot. Every agent obeys your Identity’s rails, and every outward action waits for your okay.

Can I edit my website myself?

Yes — every text on your site is editable from the Website Manager in your Command Center, Squarespace-style: click the text, type, publish. No tickets for a phone-number change, ever.

How do the automations behave?

Reminders, follow-ups, review requests, rebooking nudges — switched on in plain English. Every message has opt-out built in (STOP always works), quiet hours are respected, and the status you see is the truth: “sent” means sent.

Do customers book against my real availability?

Yes. The booking flow reads your real calendar and slots; confirmations and reminders follow automatically. Deposits, where you use them, run through Stripe.

Where do the photos and films come from?

The Atelier generates cinematic photography and film from your real assets — enhanced, never invented. Every visual queues for your approval before it appears anywhere.

Who owns my data and my identity?

You do. Always. Your AI Identity, your customer list, your content — exportable, portable, yours. It says so in the footer of every page because it’s the point of the company.

What does “Honest-State Architecture” mean?

The interface never claims something the system didn’t do. No fake spinners, no decorative dashboards, no “connected” badges that hope. If a text didn’t send, you see that it didn’t send — and why.

Are the demos real?

They’re real product — running the actual Command Center and websites — with fictional businesses, and they’re labeled as demos everywhere. Our one live flagship is presented with its real outcomes and nothing inflated.

What may the AI never do?

Whatever you decide — that’s the decision-rails layer of your Identity. Out of the box: it never invents facts, reviews, or awards; never sends without an approval path; never uses your never-say words; and never spends money on its own.

How does renewal work?

Thirty days before your anniversary you receive an invoice (from $3,500/yr) — by design, not an auto-charge. Pay it and everything continues seamlessly; don’t, and a human talks to you before anything is interrupted.

Can I cancel? What happens to my stuff?

Yes. Your identity and your data leave with you — content, customer list, blueprint, exportable. We keep the door open, not locked.

What are the real support hours?

Messages are read every business day, Phoenix time. Before 3 PM Phoenix: acknowledged the same business day. Critical issues: within two business hours — written into every partnership agreement.

Is emergency support extra?

No. If your live system is genuinely broken, that’s our fire to run to — on every plan.

Who actually answers?

The operator who built your system. No outsourcing, no tier-one scripts, no context resets.

Where do feature requests go?

Same inbox as everything else — and real ones show up on the updates page when they ship, not in a suggestion-box void.

No match — and that’s useful to know.

Talk to the person who built it.

That is the whole support philosophy, and it does not scale past the point where it stops being true — which is why the cohort is small.
